Kou Kei Veg with Seafood Balls Soup

This is my another version of vegetables soup which is easy to prepare and does not require a long boiling time. It only takes about 30 minutes to prepare this hearty vegetable soup.


Here is the recipe :

Ingredietns :

1 litre ikan bilis stock

1 packet of seafood balls

300gm of kau kei vegetable, use only the green leaves for the soup

1 egg, lighty beaten

Salt to taste

A dash of pepper and chicken stock granules.


Method :
1. Bring ikan bilis stock to boil.

2. Add in the seafood balls, salt , pepper and chicken stock granules and let it boil for 20 minutes.

3. Put in kau kei leaves and bring to boil again.

4. Add in beaten egg and mixed well. Serve hot.
