Knowing him he is a person that must have rice for dinner and without rice he can't live with it.

So... let see what to cook for him which is fast and doesn't require much washing.

Fried eggs & Steamed Beancurd with Dried Prawns ??? Yeah... going to cook for him this two dish. Hope this can satisfied his dinner !

I fried 2 eggs for him and then steamed a box of silken beancurd with some crispy dried prawns on top of it.

What you need is :

Ingredients :

1 tbsp dried prawns
1 tbsp sliced shallots
2 tbsps oil

Sauce ingredients :
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp sugar
A dash of pepper
2 tbsps water

Method :
1. Steam beancurd at high heat for 5 minutes. Remove and pour away the excess water.
2. Heat up the oil and deep fry the dried prawns till crispy. Drain and set aside.
3. Then deep dry the shallots till crispy. Drain and set aside.
4. Pour the sauce ingredients over the pan and bring to boil.
5. Pour over beancurd and sprinkle with crispy dried prawns and shallots.

HI! Would like to share a recipe with you which is quite similar to yours.

Beancurd steamed for 3 minutes, removed, lightly drizzled with oyster sauce and dark soya sauce (not too much)

After soaking the dried shrimp and Tung Choy (perserved veggie), coarsely chop it.

Heat up oil, put in a bit of garlic, stir fry dried shrimps and tung choy till aromatic...dish up and topped on your tofu.

If you like spicy, you can add in finely chopped cili padi. Sprinkle some chopped spring onion for colours if you like.

Hope you will enjoy my recipe.

Hello everyone!
I would like to burn a theme at here. There is such a thing, called HYIP, or High Yield Investment Program. It reminds of ponzy-like structure, but in rare cases one may happen to meet a company that really pays up to 2% daily not on invested money, but from real profits.

For several years , I earn money with the help of these programs.
I'm with no money problems now, but there are heights that must be conquered . I make 2G daily, and I started with funny 500 bucks.
Right now, I managed to catch a guaranteed variant to make a sharp rise . Visit my web site to get additional info.
