Chinese Style Pork Chops

This is what I cooked last week but not time to post it up. Well, today is a bit relax cos I have finish my business presentation.

I hardly buy any pork from the market since we have an Indonesian maid at home cos she is a Muslim. Last week, dearie hubby was telling me when he can have some pork at home. Aiyo... so 'kesian', so I bought some pork chop from the market. Look through my recipe book and decided to make 'Chinese Style Pork Chops' just like what we eat outside the restaurant. But dearie Suki don't really like it cos maybe its because of the LP Worcestershire sauce. He told me he still prefer to deep fried the pork chops and top it with mushroom gravies. So I told him next round I will make this for him... I promised.

Ingredients :
4 pieces of pork chops

Marinade :
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sesame oil
A dash of pepper
1 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp water

Sauce ingredients :
2 tbsps HP BBQ sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp LP Worcestershire sauce
200ml water

Method :
1. Pound the pork chops with a hammer studs until tender. Mix with the marinade and marinate overnight.
2. Heat 5 tbsps oil, put in pork chops and pan-fry till golden brown. Dish and drain.
3. Cut the pork chops into small pieces.
4. Leave 2 tbsp oil in the pan, pour in the sauce ingredients and cook until thick. Pour the sauce over the pork chops and dish up.
