Choco Chunk Brownies

Did some baking last weekend cos I still have a pack of Pillsbury Choco Chunk Brownies which I ex-changed with Tania in the goodies bag we get during the launching. Since it is going to expire soon so better bake it now.


It is quite easy to do and what you need is just follow the instruction at the back of the box. You will need 3 tbsp of water, 1/4 cup of oil and 1 egg and simply stir it and bake it for 25 minutes. End results is good but to be frank I don't quite like it cos it is 'TOO SWEET' !. It would be nice before you serve topped it with a scope of vanilla ice-cream.
