One of my favourite vegetables. The Sweet Potato Leaves or 'Farn Shu Yip'. Ah Ma always tell me this vegetables is for the poor to eat. I think when she is young she eat a lot of this. That is why now she would not touch this vegetables when we cook this on Sunday.
Just stir-fry with some garlic, chilli padi and add some salt. Wow, ready to serve and I can finish the whole plate.
