Here another recipe for those lazy mommy like me. Just chuck everthing into the slow cooker and let it slow cook for 4 hours and reach home all is ready to have dinner. At times when I am too lazy to think what to cook I will look forward for 'Stewed Mui Choy with Pork Ribs'. It is also one of dearie Suki favourite. He always tell me that the Stewed Mui Choy taste better if kept overnight.
It is so eassssyyyyyy................
Some mui choy, cut into small pieces and soak overnight in water
1 whole garlic, remove skin
2 cups of water
Salt and sugar to taste
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp dark soya sauce
1. Put all the ingredients and the seasoning ingredients into a slow cooker.
2. Slow cook at High speed for 4 hours and it is ready to serve.
3. It will taste better if kept overnight.
