Its been so long I didn't blog about food that I cooked at home. I was clearing my folder and found there are so many photos pilling up.Ooops better clear off before I forget again. So here is another one of my delayed post. I bought a rack of 'pai kuat' ( pork ribs ) from the non-halal section in Giant, Bandar Kinrara.
Dearie Suki wanted grilled 'pai kuat' instead to use it for boil soup. Sayang leh, if I use it for soup. I always like to marinate meat with Kikkoman products. So .... marinated the pork ribs with Kikkoman Teriyaki Thick Sauce, Kikkoman Honey & Soy Sauce, about 1 tsp of Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce, and a dash of dark soya sauce. Marinate overnight.
The next day after I came back from work, grilled it in the oven about 40 minutes under low heat. Half way grilling baste the ribs with the juices and let it grill in the oven till cook.
