Olive Nation, A True Taste Of Italy

As a person who loves to cook, I always looking forwards to learn more Italian Cooking. Well it is not so much of because I was handling a pasta products here but it is my interest to learn more about it and I always Italian Cooking is always unique. In Italian dishes, the one I love most is the pasta, pizza and bruschetta with tomato and basil. Both my kids loves pasta and every weekend both of them are looking forward to have the pasta for their lunch.

The easiest pasta dish to prepare for them is Aglio Olio pasta. Cooking this pasta dish is simple so easy and what you need is to have a good quality of olive oil. In Italian Cooking, a good quality of Italian extra virgin olive oil is a must. Why? Because it is not only tastes good but it is also good for our health. It has zero cholestrol, antioxidant-rich vitamins, and high level of good mono saturated fats. The best olive oil I have ever tried is from Olive Nation Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Aglio Olio Pasta
Serves 4
Prep: 5 min. Cook: 10 min.

Ingredients:
1 lb. spaghetti
3 oz. Olive Nation Italian extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, sliced
2-3 chopped dry red peppers
Handful of chopped parsley
3-4 tbsp of salt for the pasta

Methods :
Saute the garlic and red peppers in the extra virgin olive oil for 5-7 minutes until the garlic becomes golden brown. Meanwhile follow the directions on the package to boil the pasta (7-8 min.). Remember to add the salt as instructed on the package. When the pasta is ready (a bit al dente), drain and put in the serving platter. Pour the hot garlic and pepper oil on top. Add the chopped parsley. Mix well to make sure all the pasta is coated with the oil. Serve immediately.

Wine: either white or red.
